The pneumatic press lateral membrane is the ideal solution for superior quality products when pressing both freshly harvested grapes and fermented grape marc. Made entirely of stainless steel, with a double central door for easy loading and unloading. The technology used allows management of every stage of the pressing process. Exclusive software allows the machine to be managed either automatically, with 12 pre-set and 12 customisable programmes, or completely manually. The presses are supplied as standard with a perforated cylinder, equipped with drainage channels, and an axial loading valve.
