Destemmer crusher ideal for quality winery , by hand or automatically harvest with the possibility to be integrated in any selection line . The crusher is made with soft rubber rollers adjustable , removable , and with independent engine. Destemming basket diameter 400mm and length 1250mm , made professional type antilaceration system . The basket is equipped with the exclusive system of rubber driven.

Structure: made entirely of AISI 304 stainless steel, it is composed of a destemming module and a selection module, connected by a support frame with adjustable height:

• the destemmer-crusher is equipped with a loading hopper with a dosing screw, operated by a speed variator. The hopper is equipped with a filter for liquid extraction and a DIN 50 extraction fitting. The 300mm diameter destemming basket is made entirely of deep-drawn stainless steel, with an anti-laceration system of the stalks. Standard holes diameter 24, on request available from 18 to 32. Screw with soft rubber profile installed as standard on the destemming basket. Internal shaft with adjustable cylinders install in a double helix.
• Automatic selection and cleaning table, with adjustable nylon rollers. It is equipped with a liquid collection tank, with a removable internal grid. The structure is installed on the support frame and equipped with sliding wheels for easy adjustment and to facilitate cleaning and maintenance
• The support frame is made of stainless steel sheet, with telescopic legs to easily adapt it to grape transport solutions both in bins, or with elevators or transfer pumps.

Motorization: A centralized control panel is provided from which to control both the destemming and selection modules.

1. The destemmer is equipped inside the loading hopper with an independent motovariator to adjust the capacity. Power 0.5 KW. The destemming unit is equipped with a 1.8 kw electronic speed variator with external potentiometer and speed display. Rotation speed: variable from 400-650 rpm
2. The selection unit is equipped with an electronic speed variator 1.1 KW

Central electrical system in IP 65 stainless steel box, designed for powering an external crushing unit (code 831).

Cleaning: the machine body can be opened centrally with double side doors. The motor unit can be opened by means of two gas pistons and allows the rapid extraction of both the destemmer shaft and the de-stemming basket. The selection unit can be easily removed by acting on the sliding wheels, and it is equipped with a valve liquid discharge. All the parts subject to greater effort and rotation are equipped with quick lubrication couplings.
