Sorting and cleaning table with adjustable roller. Installed on a stainless steel support with telescopic legs, it allows installation below the Reverse destemmers.
The process is very simple: the particular conformation of the rollers and the rotation speed allow the separation of the green parts from the grapes. The green residues are discharged together with the stalks, while the grapes are directed towards the subsequent pressing and / or transfer for fermentation.
