ENOITALIA originated in the 1960s with the name OFFICINA ARNO. At the time, the workshop built mechanical machines intended for the reception of the harvest wagons in which the grape harvests were simply processed with destemmers and presses.

In 2007 the founding members took part in the creation of a new company, ENOTOSCANA , specialized in the construction of stainless steel tanks. From the collaboration between the two companies, a new division dedicated to the beer sector was born in 2018: ENOBEER srl .
